Immune Virus Defense is easily taken orally by mixing with your favorite fruit juice or by simply placing the recommended dose under your tongue, followed with a glass of water, where it will be absorbed quickly.

Take 2-3 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach and 2-3 tablets in the afternoon to early evening.  Formula 1 can be taken with or without food.
